Most Indian vendors quote between ₹8 and ₹15 per student per month, though few publish it and the figure is usually reached only after a demo. For a 500-student school that is roughly ₹48,000 to ₹90,000 a year. Our Foundation plan works out at ₹6 per student per month at 500 students, or ₹5 on annual billing. Compare on the per-student figure rather than the headline, because the headline hides how many students it covers.

No. The plan price covers every module listed for that plan, onboarding and support. The things that can cost extra are listed openly: going over your student or staff limit, WhatsApp message volume beyond the included allowance, and extra document storage. There is no separate charge for the parent app, report cards, onboarding or training, which are the four most common add-ons elsewhere.

Nothing breaks and nothing is cut off. You can add students beyond the plan ceiling as an add-on, or move to the next plan and pay the difference for the remainder of your term. We do not backdate a higher rate to the start of the year. Admission season pushes most schools over their estimate at least once, so this is a normal adjustment rather than a penalty.

Each plan includes a monthly WhatsApp allowance that covers normal use: absence alerts, fee reminders and announcements. Heavy use, usually daily messaging to every parent, can exceed it, and the overage is charged at cost. WhatsApp Business API pricing is set by Meta per conversation, not by us, so no vendor can offer genuinely unlimited WhatsApp. Treat any who claim to as worth a closer look.

An additional admin clerk in a tier-2 Indian city costs roughly ₹1.8 to ₹3 lakh a year with salary and overheads. Our Scale plan is ₹1,09,999 a year for up to 2,500 students. The honest comparison is not software versus a person, since you still need the person. It is whether the hours your existing staff spend on registers, receipts and reminders are better spent elsewhere, which is a calculation only you can run.
