Compose, target and preview on one page

Give the notice a title and category, write the content, and add an event date if it is about something happening on a particular day. Set an expiry date and the notice disappears from feeds once it has passed. Attach a banner image or a PDF circular, pick the audience, and the live preview beside the form shows how it will look on a phone before you publish.

Publishing sends a push notification to every app user in the audience you chose, and the notice list records whether that push was synced, is still pending or failed. Filter by category, audience and status to find a notice, and keep drafts alongside published notices until they are ready.

How notices are delivered.

  • Notices are delivered in the app with a push notification. To reach parents on WhatsApp, use a WhatsApp campaign with an approved template.
  • A class teacher can publish notices only to their own class and section, never to the whole school, staff or drivers.
  • A family receives the push notification only after they have signed in to the app at least once on their phone.

Can we send a notice to just one class?

Yes. Choose the class and, optionally, the section. Leave them blank to send to every class.

Who can receive notices?

Students, parents, teachers and drivers. You choose one or more audiences for each notice.

Do parents get notified?

Yes. Publishing sends a push notification to everyone in the audience, and the notice stays in the notices screen of the app.

Can we attach a circular?

Yes. Attach images (JPG or PNG) or a PDF of up to 5 MB. A 1200×600 image works best as a banner.

Can a notice be removed automatically after an event?

Yes. Set an expiry date and the notice is hidden from feeds after it.

Can class teachers post notices?

Yes, for their own class and section only.

How do we know a notice was delivered?

Each notice shows its sync status — synced, pending or error — and the list totals them.
